So little time, so many networking dinners. Actually, I’m lying. There’s plenty of time. Time to connect, grow relationships, share connections, eexplore synergies, and simply have a good time. We do this very well at Adrian’s Network. This was last night at Bobby Van’s where a group of us gathered to do all of the […]
Adrian’s Network holds multiple in-person events over the course of each month. While many of our events are “meals,” we often do MasterMinds, theater outings, museum jaunts, massages, and more. To say we are eclectic would be an understatement. Our in-person meetings are kept small, on purpose, so the conversation can be free-flowing, and not […]
The beat goes on. Covid helped us to see that we can work from anywhere, if not full-time, at least for part of the time, and this is exactly what I am doing right now. A six-week escape to a tiny cottage located on water’s edge in Clam Bayou. Birds, sun, water and a relaxing […]
Last night was another fabulous networking evening with some of the A’s Net community. While we certainly do Zooms and IRL in conference rooms and such, we also enjoy social networking events such as walking tours, pizza crawls, dumpling making sessions, theater and concert outings, trips to some of New York City’s fabulous museums, and […]
Thank you Rob Intelisano 1. Adrian– need I say more! 2. International contacts for travel & business– for ex I met Alberto Zuppi (former Argentina Minister of Justice) at his A-net book signing (Yes, he signed one for me) and he took me out when in Buenos Aires at a life insurance convention. 3. Culture and Social Events– Attended […]
Our eagerly anticipated pool party at Christina Shaw’s home (www.imwithshaw.com) was canceled due to rain, but our networking continued. Lunch in Christina’s kitchen, a thousand + laughs, lots of connecting, and awesome conversation made for an extremely pleasant afternoon. Nothing can stop us; certainly not a little rain!
It makes sense, right? People enjoy being social, breaking bread, sharing stories and so Adrian’s Network provides these opportunities regularly. Dinner and lunch meetings, cocktail get-togethers that grow into more than just drinks, events at people’s homes (learning how to make dumplings at Christina’s Shaw’s place comes right to mind!), pizza crawls (thank you Rob […]
You have to eat so why don’t you do it with some of your networking community and have the opportunity to share information, insights, and your subject matter expertise. Oh yeah, and have fun too! That’s exactly what some members of the Adrian’s Network community did yesterday, and what a productive and enjoyable lunch it […]
On Tuesday evening, a group of fearless A’s Netters traveled to Far Rockaway for our 4th Pizza Crawl. Led by our resident pizza expert, Rob Intelisano, we enjoyed a night of networking, eating sublime pizza, indulging in a stupendous meal at the fabulous and well-recognized Rocco’s of Roc Beach, and being educated on all things […]
Some A’s Netters went to Citi Field to see the Met-Yankees game, and we had a blast.
