Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement between You and Adrian’s Network, Inc. (“A’s Net”). Please read them carefully.

Introductions – A’s Net members make introductions for each other regularly: this is encouraged. A’s Net does not make any warranties as to the quality of the introductions made, nor does it make any statements or guarantees as to the quantity of introductions that you’ll receive. You agree not to hold A’s Net responsible for any damages incurred by You or a third-party resulting from introductions made in A’s Net.

Indemnification – A’s Net events take place in venues over which A’s Net does not, nor can be reasonably expected, to control. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold A’s Net harmless, to the extent allowable by applicable law, in the event you incur physical injury at or around an A’s Net event. Moreover, you acknowledge that A’s Net is not responsible for maintaining safe conditions at the venues for these events. Accordingly, You agree that your activities at A’s Net events are done at your own risk.

Fees – Membership fees are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as described on the website. If You want to pay your membership fees automatically each billing period, please enroll in Recurring Payments via Paypal. You may also pay for A’s Net by check for quarterly or yearly memberships. Should you decided to terminate your membership you are responsible for deactivating your Recurring Payments with Paypal directly. A’s Net is not responsible if fformer members neglect to terminate their Recurring Payments.

Refunds – A’s Net will provide refunds for members who decide to terminate and who have submitted payment for a quarterly or yearly membership; these refunds will be pro-rated. There are no refunds for monthly memberships.

Choice of Law and Venue – These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You and A’s Net may opt to arbitrate any dispute valued at over $5,000, the result of which will bind the parties. Any such arbitration shall have venue in Nassau County, New York and shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any dispute valued under $5,000 shall be adjudicated in the small claims part within the District Court of the County of Nassau.

General Provisions – If any provision here is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Membership may not be assigned to a third-party without our consent. If You leave A’s Net, any provision which, by its nature or express terms should survive, will survive such termination or expiration. These Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between You and A’s Net relating to membership and will not be modified except in writing.
