ADRIAN’S NETWORK TERMS OF USAGE By clicking below, I agree to allow Adrian Miller Sales Training to charge my credit card as detailed in the membership terms. I further agree this authorization shall remain in effect until Adrian Miller Sales Training receives email notification from me of any intent to terminate this payment plan and at such time and in such manner as to afford Adrian Miller Sales Training reasonable opportunity to act (minimum of 3 business days). Email notification must be sent to the following contact information and email verification of cancellation request must be received. Send email to: amiller@adrianmiller.com All other changes such as payment amount, frequency and bank account or credit card numbers will require an email submitted to amiller@adrianmiller.com Adrian Miller Sales Training 3 business days prior to any change being implemented. I understand that this payment plan may be canceled by Adrian Miller Sales Training due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) in my checking account or my credit card failing to authenticate such payments. I understand that I will be liable to pay the NSF fees that will be charged by my bank. In the event that Adrian Miller Sales Training is charged an NSF fee by the bank or a revoke authorization fee, I understand that I will be liable to pay these fees and authorize Adrian Miller Sales Training to debit my account for these amounts. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to execute this payment authorization for the purpose of implemented this electronic payment plan. I indemnify and fold Adrian Miller Sales Training harless from damage, loss or claim resulting from all authorized actions hereunder.
