|I’ve been part of many networking groups in the past where people want to ‘sell’ their services. Adrian’s Network is very different. Members genuinely want to help each other with referrals. I have received at least one referral at every Adrian’s Network event I have attended. Awesome group!|
|Adrian referred a client of hers that had locations in Bronx, Long Island and Connecticut. We successfully won the assignment (competing with CBRE and other large firms) and then satisfied the business owner with a better than expected result. Bronx (owned) location remains. Connecticut and Long Island were replaced with one 122,000rsf location…in New Jersey. Less expensive and better location to the port where their goods arrived. Great example of us acting as their ‘Real Estate Department’…and then they hired Adrian for more work!|
|Through Adrian’s Network, I met a small business owner who responded to my Spotlight and special, discounted coaching offer. She had moved from NY to Phoenix.
She hired me for Coaching and Strategizing to help grow her business, build her confidence, manage her team.
We worked via telephone weekly. Eventually, she flew me to Phoenix to do assessments and a team-building day.
Through that one contract, I made about $10,000.
